Service Agreement

By engaging Sterling Cleaning for cleaning services, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing is provided on a quote basis following an initial enquiry.

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings require confirmation from Sterling Cleaning. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access and Preparation

Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Properties should be reasonably accessible for cleaning. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

Insurance and Liability

Sterling Cleaning maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We take reasonable care in performing our services but are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in poor condition.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon confirmation of booking. For ongoing services, invoices are typically issued following completion of the service.

We aim to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns.
